Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although affordable, was uncomfortable and noisy due to its location above the kitchen staff door. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our late arrival more manageable. The location, while convenient for Oktoberfest, was marred by the heavy traffic noise from the main street.
I stayed at the hotel which had clean and spacious rooms, a good location near the train station for Oktoberfest, but the noise from the kitchen staff was disturbing until late. The service was incredibly professional and caring, and they helped with local recommendations. The hotel's dining options were nice but somewhat expensive. The facilities were well-maintained, but the lack of shelter and security was a concern.
The hotel was nice overall, but there were some drawbacks. The rooms weren't clean when we checked in, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm at night during our stay in the summer. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early.
Although the hotel is quite busy, it would probably solve the issue, the rooms were very small with slanted ceilings accessed via an external dirty staircase. The service, connected to the hotel, was very pleasant and helpful, particularly at orientating us. The location is good as a base to travel south into Bavaria while still being close to Munich. The dining experience was very poor, especially for such a hotel. The facilities were decent.
